“Four is taken. I have held half past four under your name, and the team will confirm it shortly.”
Sixty languages, taken from the speech engine that transcribes them.
60
Languages heard
The ceiling of the speech engine, not a marketing number.

Tools for an assistant
The account is drivable from Claude or any MCP client.

Event types published
Signed outbound, or read back from the feed.

Regions running
Northern Virginia and Singapore, with Europe on request.
Voice
Real-time voice that behaves like a person on the line.
Interruption, timing and pronunciation are handled in the transport layer rather than left to the model, because these are the details a caller notices within one sentence.

Interruption handling
A classifier decides on the words spoken, not on input volume, so acknowledgements do not cut the line and a genuine question does.
Local-time greeting
The opening line is resolved server-side from the property timezone, with day-part boundaries defined per language.
Latency masking
A two-word holding phrase in twelve languages covers tool execution, rotated so it never repeats consecutively and never implies a lookup during a write.
Number pronunciation
Amounts, times and dates are expanded into words in the reply language before synthesis, so figures are never read in the wrong language.
Hang-up protection
Six one-directional guards can only hold the line open: caller still speaking, question unanswered, echo tail, call under eight seconds.
Response length
Spoken replies are constrained to two sentences, with lists and field formatting suppressed on the voice channel.
Grounding
Answers are constrained to the data the business provides.
Enforced in code rather than requested in a prompt. Each reply is verified against what the tools returned in that turn, and verified again sentence by sentence before it is spoken.
Figure grounding
Prices, clock times, durations and dates must appear in a tool result from the same turn, or the sentence is withheld.
Single-correction limit
One corrective attempt is allowed. On the second the output is discarded, the caller is told a person will confirm, and an escalation is recorded.
Hold semantics
Describing a pending hold as confirmed, paid or guaranteed is caught across nine language families, as is a cancellation claim with no cancellation behind it.
Closed-book availability
An unconfigured calendar offers nothing and defers to staff, rather than treating absence of data as availability.
Attribute refusal
Ingredients, materials, allergens and certifications are never asserted. The agent states uncertainty and offers to check.
No external lookups
Weather, traffic, flight status and competitor pricing are outside the closed world and are declined rather than approximated.
What it replaces
An answering service takes a message. Avrosh takes the booking.
The call ends with a record: customer, time, value and owner, written to the same board the team already works from. No transcription step and no playback.
A held slot carries an expiry, and the agent states it. Unconfirmed holds return to availability automatically, and concurrent requests for the last slot are serialised in the database rather than resolved afterwards.
Interfaces
Programmable from an assistant, a webhook or a calendar.
The account the team works in is the same account an AI assistant drives, and the activity it produces is readable by whatever systems are already in place.
OAuth connection
MCP over streamable HTTP with a full OAuth 2.1 chain. The client registers itself and prompts for sign-in; no credential is copied or rotated by hand.
Forty-four tools
Bookings, orders, catalogue, knowledge, customers and the day desk. Authorisation is tenancy, enforced in the database, not a configurable scope set.
Signed webhooks
Fourteen named events. The signature covers a timestamp to prevent replay, and the retry schedule is published as a contract rather than discovered in production.
Event feed
A pull endpoint that cannot skip rows: recent commits are withheld briefly and the cursor is issued by the server rather than derived by the client.
Calendar sync
Availability publishes to the channels a business lists on and imports back from them, with an echo guard so a booking never returns as a duplicate.
Dialling withheld
Placing a call is deliberately absent from the tool set: an assistant able to dial is an assistant a document can talk into dialling.
Infrastructure
Two regions, database-level isolation, no unearned certifications.
The provider chain is published in full, measured where measurement was possible and marked unverified where it was not.
Regions
Northern Virginia or Singapore, assigned per account, and Europe provisioned on request for accounts that need it.
Tenant isolation
Row-level security across the schema, scoped to a single transaction, rather than a filter in application code that a future change can omit.
Certifications
None are held and none are implied. Card details never reach the platform; the payments provider is merchant of record.
Getting started
Provisioned by us, with terms agreed in writing first.
There is no sign-up form and no qualification sequence. Configuration is part of the engagement, and the commercial figure is settled before the line is activated.

Contact
One address, read by a person. No form and no qualification call before a conversation is possible.
Configuration
Services, prices, hours and policies are entered with the operator, remotely, in any region.
Activation
A single figure shaped to the business, agreed before activation rather than metered into an invoice after the fact.
